Homemade KOOKY cocoa
On a cold snowy day, there is nothing better than a cup full of steaming cocoa! This is the recipe for my easy to make hot chocolate!
This batch makes two cups of hot cocoa
You will need:
2 cups of milk (whatever milk you use in your house)
1.5 oz of bittersweet chocolate (chopped or grated)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
ADD INS
Marshmallows, Whipped cream!
PS if the chocolate isn't melting over medium low turn it up to medium but remember to keep whisking!

I never make Hot Chocolate at home, but this REALLY makes me want some (Not that we don't make it enough at your house!!)
ReplyDeleteI never would have thought to add cinnamon to hot chocolate. I will definitely try your recipe. How does one measure 1.5 oz of chocolate if you do not have a scale?
