KOOKY Cocoa

Homemade KOOKY cocoa

On a cold snowy day, there is nothing better than a cup full of steaming cocoa! This is the recipe for my easy to make hot chocolate!

This batch makes two cups of hot cocoa

You will need:

2 cups of milk (whatever milk you use in your house)

1.5 oz of bittersweet chocolate (chopped or grated)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of vanilla

ADD INS

Marshmallows, Whipped cream!

PS if the chocolate isn't melting over medium low turn it up to medium but remember to keep whisking!

  2. I never would have thought to add cinnamon to hot chocolate. I will definitely try your recipe. How does one measure 1.5 oz of chocolate if you do not have a scale?
