Hey guys! Here's the forever waited for recipe for amazing hummus!
SUPPLIES YOU WILL NEED:
2 15 oz Garbanzo bean cans
1/2 of Tahini (sesame seed paste)
1 to 2 cloves of peeled garlic (the more garlic, stronger the flavor)
3 Tbsp of olive oil
Half of a lemon (squeezed into juice)
Salt to taste (a few pinches)
Liquid from the can of garbanzo beans (or water to thin)
ADD INS
Rosted red pepper, spinach, tomato, sun dried tomato, extra garlic etc.
SERVE WITH
Pita bread or chips, any kind of vegetable lying around the house.

ReplyDeleteI totally agree with the more tahini! I use a lot more than what is usually called for b/c it makes it smoother. Yumm. Great job gals! And Ian says... "you didn't learn that from your mum did you cookingal!"
